Few hundred remain without power after storms

Most of the thousands of outages, mainly in Montgomery County, have been resolved after after strong thunderstorms moved through the area Wednesday afternoon.

As of 4:20 p.m., AES reported 2,740 power customers in the dark in Montgomery County. By 7:20 p.m., that had decreased to 319 customers without electricity, then to 142 around 10:30 p.m.

The total number of customers without power, by county, are as follows as of 10:35 p.m., according to the AES and Ohio Edison outage maps.

Montgomery: 142
